Terms and Conditions — ChampExch Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and ChampExch ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing champexch.pro, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet, or playing any game in the ChampExch game lobby, you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

ChampExch is a private online betting and gaming platform intended for entertainment purposes. We do not claim any government-issued licence, regulatory approval, or official endorsement from any Pakistani authority. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring that doing so is permissible under the laws applicable to their specific location and circumstances.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and ChampExch.

You must meet the following requirements to register and use ChampExch:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ChampExch is strictly an adult platform and access by minors is prohibited.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable laws.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion programme or have previously closed a ChampExch account under self-exclusion.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party in relation to betting or gaming activity on the platform.

ChampExch reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If you cannot confirm that you are 18 or over, your account may be suspended and any balances held pending verification.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential at all times.
• Not sharing your account access with any other person.
• Notifying ChampExch immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered contact details up to date.

ChampExch cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure. Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, games played and PKR transactions — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of a security breach.

All bets placed on ChampExch — including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football and esports — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet once it has been accepted by the platform. Review your selections carefully before confirming.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event type and account level. Current limits are displayed within the relevant market.
• In-play betting is available on selected events including live PSL matches and T20 internationals. In-play odds update in real time; it is your responsibility to verify the current odds before placing a live bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including match abandonment, incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error, or an event that does not take place. Void bets are refunded to your PKR balance.
• ChampExch reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on specific markets, events or individual accounts at our discretion, without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to your ChampExch PKR balance following settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times vary by sport and event type.
• Any bets placed using suspected bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies or systematic exploitation of pricing errors may be voided at ChampExch's discretion.

For cricket markets specifically, ChampExch follows standard international cricket rules for settlement purposes. PSL markets are settled in accordance with official PSL results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

All transactions on ChampExch are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Direct bank transfer
• Debit cards and other mobile wallets where available

Deposits: Funds deposited into your ChampExch account are held in your PKR balance and are available for betting and gaming immediately upon confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed the same day. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. ChampExch reserves the right to conduct verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Transaction security: ChampExch does not store your full payment credentials. All payment processing is handled through secure encrypted channels. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment accounts you use belong to you and are registered in your name.

ChampExch reserves the right to reverse or withhold a withdrawal if it is reasonably suspected that the funds were obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

ChampExch's game lobby includes slots, table games, live casino, fish shooting games and bingo. The following rules apply to all gaming activity:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer processes. ChampExch does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the game provider and are outside ChampExch's direct control.
• Fish games are played using PKR credits purchased within the platform. Credits have no cash value outside of ChampExch and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bingo rooms operate on scheduled draw cycles. Cards purchased for a specific bingo round are non-refundable once the draw has commenced.
• Technical malfunctions during a game session — such as a disconnection mid-round — are handled according to the individual game's rules. In most cases, the game state is preserved and resumes upon reconnection. If a game cannot be recovered, the stake is refunded to your PKR balance.
• ChampExch may add, modify or remove games from the lobby at any time without prior notice.

ChampExch may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus rules include:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per user, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• ChampExch reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited and wagered in compliance with the applicable terms will be honoured.
• Bonuses may carry expiry dates. Any bonus balance not used before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bets placed at reduced odds or as part of arbitrage activity may not count towards wagering requirements.

If you believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly to your account, contact ChampExch support. Do not attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated wagering requirements as this may result in the bonus being voided.

ChampExch takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting and gaming on ChampExch is intended as a form of adult entertainment — it is not a reliable way to generate income and should never be treated as such.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits require a cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session time reminders: You can enable notifications that remind you how long you have been active in the current session.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a break from betting and gaming, you can apply for self-exclusion for a set period. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. To apply, contact ChampExch support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ChampExch. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way not intended for normal human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to launder money or use ChampExch for any illegal financial activity.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, scraping or distributing any part of the ChampExch platform, its odds data, game code or content.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ChampExch staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers or other IP masking tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

ChampExch monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules. Our decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final.

All content on champexch.pro — including the ChampExch name, logo, platform design, game graphics, odds data, written content and software — is the intellectual property of ChampExch or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any ChampExch content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of ChampExch intellectual property may result in legal action.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the ChampExch Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• We collect the information you provide at registration, during verification and through your platform activity.
• We use this information to operate your account, process PKR transactions, detect fraud and improve the platform.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may share data with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa) and fraud-prevention services to the extent necessary to operate the platform securely.

ChampExch provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChampExch shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or betting winnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors or service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds or market data displayed on the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your login credentials.
• Any losses relating to third-party services, payment providers or network connectivity issues outside ChampExch's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. ChampExch's total aggregate liability in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total PKR value deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

ChampExch may suspend, restrict or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be closed after advance notice by email.
• Your own request to close the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Balances on accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting ChampExch support. Accounts under investigation will not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

ChampExch may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users by email or through a platform notification for significant changes.

Your continued use of ChampExch after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. ChampExch will not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to review updated Terms.
