Creating an account is quick and free. Click
Register in the top navigation, enter your mobile number, choose a username and password, and follow the on-screen verification steps. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once done, you can log in immediately and start exploring the platform.
ChampExch is specifically designed for Pakistani players. The platform accepts Pakistani mobile numbers, supports PKR as the account currency, and integrates with local payment methods like JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast. Registration is open to adults aged 18 and above.

Forgot Password link. You will be asked to enter your registered mobile number. A reset code will be sent to that number. Enter the code, set a new password, and you are back in. If you no longer have access to that mobile number, contact our support team directly.
No. ChampExch allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being suspended. If you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support to merge or close the extra account before it causes issues.
Log in to your account and visit the Profile or Account Settings section. You can update your display name and email address there. For changes to your registered mobile number, you will need to contact customer support for identity verification purposes. We do this to keep your account safe and prevent unauthorised changes.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method. Generally, the minimum deposit is set at a low PKR amount to make the platform accessible to all players. For the exact current limits per payment channel, check the Deposit page inside your account after logging in. We keep limits reasonable so both casual and regular players are comfortable.
First, check whether the amount was deducted from your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet. If it was deducted but your ChampExch balance did not update, save the transaction ID and contact our 24/7 support team. If the amount was not deducted, try the deposit again — it was likely a temporary network issue. Do not attempt the same transaction multiple times without checking your wallet balance first.
